The rolling bearings, precision parts in mechanical equipment, must used in the cautious manner, if not, the bearings cannot display their performance well.
The ponits for attention:
1.Keep clean earings and their environment. Bearings give rise to abrasion, vibration, noises from the intrusion of invisible dust. The precision bearings should be used in the closed environment, and mounted or dismounted with
Clean tools, cleansing oil, lubricant.
2.Bearings should be mounted in the cautious manner, not be stricken, or knocked with hammer. Presure must not be applied through the rolling elements.
3.Special mounting tools shoud be used, and the goods such as cloth or fibre not be allowed to be uesed.
4.Keep bearings from rusting, not take them with unclean hands, attention should be paid to bearings getting rust in rainy season or summer.
Mounting:
1.cleanse bearings and correlative parts except the bearings with grease as lubricant, with double seals or shields.
2.Check the dimensions of the parts related to bearings and finish machining.
3.Presure fitting.
A).Bearings, in the case of tight fit between inner rings and shafts and loose fit btween outer rings and the bore of bearing block, can be mounted on the shafts with pressing machine, then bearings and shafts are installed into the bore of bearing block. The assembly sleeve made of soft **l should be installed on the inner rings,when bearings are mounted with pressure. The inner diameter of assembly sleeve should be slightly bigger than the diameter of shaft bore, The outer diameter of assembly sleeve slightly smaller than the end surfaces the bore of bearing block.
B).Bearings, with tight fit between the outer ring and the bore of bearing block and loose fit between the inner ring and shaft, can be pressed into the bore of bearing block, in this kind of mounting,the outer diameter of assembly sleeve should be slightly smaller the bore of bearing block.
C).In the case of tight fit between rings and the bore of bearing block, inner and outer ringers shoud both be pressed on the shaft and into the bore of bearing block, and the structure of assembly sleeve should presss in place the end surfaces of outer and inner rings.
Dismounting:
Bearings need mounting or dismounting when some parts have to be checked or replaced. In usual cases, shafts and bearing boxes can be used, so can bearings. For this reason, consideration, in structure designs, should be given to no damaging bearings, shafts, bearing boxes, or other parts when bearings are mounted or dismounted. And appropriate tools are also required. The pull must only be applied to the ring which in static fitting, and rings cannot be drawn by way of rolling elements.
